Robert Oesterlund, Chief Executive Officer

Robert Oesterlund, 35, founded Xacti Corporation in 2000 and serves as the company's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Robert founded Xacti to create and build successful businesses that capitalize on the enormous potential and opportunity that existed online using his expertise in direct response marketing.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Robert started a bi-monthly real-estate publication in his teens, culminating in various multi-unit residential and commercial real estate projects in his early twenties. He serves on the boards of numerous companies.

Robert received a diploma in Business and Administration from Commercial College in Finland, where he also studied Business Economy and Marketing for Independent Entrepreneurs (Bachelor of Commerce). As a licensed helicopter pilot, Robert flew rescue and relief missions following Hurricane Katrina along the Gulf Coast. He is happily married, and father of two beautiful girls.

Dusan Senkypl, Chief Technology Officer

Dusan Senkypl, 32, is the Chief Technology Officer of Xacti where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's product research and development activities. Dusan oversees engineering, including system architecture & planning and product development.

As a strategist and entrepreneur, Dusan, co-founded and was the system architect of Ibis Information Systems in 1997 which introduced the first Internet banking system in central Europe. While there, he worked as project manager and system architect of many eCommerce systems for customers in Europe and the US.

Dusan holds master's degrees in both Informatics and Mathematics from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Among his accomplishments, he participated as featured speaker at a Fibex Internet and Financial Services conference. Dusan is single and enjoys a variety of sports including diving, squash and floorball.

Skip Middleton, Executive Vice President

Skip Middleton, 41, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Xacti in his position as Executive Vice President. Among his responsibilities, Skip oversees the work activities of all company employees and divisions, and is involved in and supervises the negotiation of major contracts.

Skip brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and understanding about business operations and transactions, contracts, and insurance. Prior to joining Xacti, he gained over eleven years of experience in print and electronic Yellow Pages. He also has extensive experience in commercial negotiations, including mergers and acquisitions and regional and national marketing programs as an advisor to numerous companies, Skip helped form and assisted in the growth of several successful startups and turnarounds. With a keen eye for business synergies, and complementary talent, Skip has helped create strategic alliances that have realized double digit growth for the parties involved.

Skip holds two Bachelor degrees from Washington College, and currently sits on the board of a regional literacy foundation, the Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation, and serves on the Steering Committee of the Pay It Forward Foundation. Outside of work, Skip enjoys spending time with his wife and son. One of the recipients of the Verizon Excellence Awards, Skip has been recognized both nationally and regionally for his work in sports marketing and public service.

Barry A. Weiss, Senior Vice President Operations

Barry Weiss, 58, serves as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for all business operations, while working extensively with other core company products. His expertise is applied to new projects, concentrating on building vendor and customer relationships to facilitate a smooth transition from business model test phase to rollout.

Barry has extensive experience in direct response marketing that includes direct mail, telemarketing, print, and online media. His entrepreneurial history provides leadership and assistance on new business development concepts, testing, analyzing the results and conversion to operating unit. Barry has extensive knowledge of business analysis such as ROI, project scenarios analysis, break even analysis and life time value. With start up experience in direct response and premium incentive, Barry developed and then directed from business plan through to profitable operations. With a background in database analysis, data hygiene and target marketing, Barry's expertise has minimized customer acquisition costs.

Barry holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University. His other experiences include Professor of Finance and Marketing, University of Phoenix and DeVry University. Barry was keynote speaker at a DMA Conference, New Orleans, where he presented the effective use of compiled lists. In Florida, he was also a speaker on target marketing at a consulting prospects conference. Barry is a happy family man and enjoys cooking, music and movies.

Kenneth J. Schwartz, General Counsel

Ken Schwartz, 40, is the General Counsel. He is responsible for Operations, Corporate Development, Human Resources and the Legal department. Ken develops and implements the company's policies and procedures, oversees M&A activities, and ensures that the company operates in an efficient manner.

Prior to joining Xacti, Ken was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Seisint, Inc., a data and technology company purchased by LexisNexis in 2004 for $775 million. The Seisint transaction was the largest dollar acquisition of a private company in 2004 and was named Fortune Magazine's "Deal of the Year". Ken was instrumental in the success of Seisint, negotiating in excess of $1.5 billion in contracts, and advising and guiding the Seisint Board of Directors through the myriad of issues a company faces from startup to exit. Ken also worked directly with Seisint's development teams in building Seisint's flagship product, Accurint.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Washington University (St. Louis, Missouri) in 1988, and his Juris Doctor from University of Miami's School of Law in 1991. Prior to entering the corporate world, Ken enjoyed a successful legal career, building his own practice from startup to a twelve person staff. Ken is happily married, enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and is an avid golfer.

Lauren D. Hahn, Corporate Controller

Lauren D. Hahn is responsible for all of the accounting and finance functions of the Xacti Group Companies.

Lauren's career began in public accounting, where she provided a wide range of accounting, audit and tax services. Midway through her career, she transitioned to the private sector, where she has held numerous managerial and executive positions in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in the software industry. Lauren has participated in negotiations and lead due diligence in corporate acquisitions and an initial public offering. Her most recent position was Chief Financial Officer of Apptimum, Inc., a leading application transfer company that was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2006.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University's School of Business, and earned her master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida, and has been a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs since 1996.

Lauren lives with her husband and two beautiful children in Boca Raton. She enjoys family outings, professional sports and stand-up comedy. She is also involved with a charitable organization called "The Giving Tree", which provides assistance to local residents in need.
