Spyware Terminator provides three levels of real-time protection for free:

1.   Anti-Spyware Real-Time Protection for protecting system settings against changes.

2.   Host Intrusion Prevention System (HIPS), which protects against unknown threats.

3.   Clam AntiVirus Protection for protection against viruses.

 

 

Real-Time Shield can work in two protection levels: basic and advanced. If you're an experienced user who can distinguish safe software from dangerous ones by yourself, you can select the "Advanced" level. Otherwise, we recommend that you pick the "Basic" level. Spyware Terminator will then make a decision for you automatically.

 

There is also a Custom Mode available for experienced users, who want to fully control their computer. This allows users to set up Real-Time Shield behavior in more detail, see custom shields tab.
