What to do if spyware cannot be removed

It is recommended that you run a full scan (in safe mode) to remove or quarantine any found objects.

  1. Update the Spyware Terminator and restart your computer.

  2. As your computer restarts, repeatedly press the F8 key on your keyboard.

  3. When the menu appears, select the start in SAFE MODE option.

  4. Log in with an Administrator account.

  5. Run a full scan with Spyware Terminator to remove or quarantine any found objects. Quarantine is recommended.
