What to do when information about detected install mode while updating Avast antivirus is displayed
Spyware Terminator wrongly considers Avast updating as installation, so everytime you try to update Avast antivirus (regardless if you use manual or automatic update), a similar window will be shown:
The easiest solution is to close this window by clicking the "X" on the upper right corner.
If you find this window bothersome, you can turn off the installers detection. Open Spyware Terminator Center, go to the "Settings" tab, click on the "Real-Time Prot." button on the left, uncheck the "Automatically detect installation processes" box and save changes. However, Spyware Terminator won't detect ANY installer, so this is not the recommended solution.
